Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only and offer flat rate shipping.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
All orders are packed with eco-friendly, recyclable, and compostable materials whenever possible. We minimize plastic use and reuse packaging materials to reduce our environmental impact.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package directly through the carrier website.
Delivery Timeframes
Please allow the timeframes listed above for delivery after your order ships, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Local Pickup
Local Kansas City customers: Free local pickup is available! Use code NEIGHBOR at checkout and select "Local Pickup" during shipping. We'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended. We'll notify you of any expected delays.
